Help

Frequently asked questions about using Floripa Days and booking a boat tour.

  • How does Floripa Days work?

Tell us the date, the number of people and your budget, and we show the boats that fit your group, from the lowest to the highest price. Then just pick one and talk directly to the operator on WhatsApp.

  • Do you sell or book the tours?

No. We are an independent guide: we don't take bookings, don't receive payments and don't confirm availability. Booking, payment and conditions are arranged directly with the operator.

  • What is the Gold Seal? What are the operator levels?

We rank operators in four levels. Verified (or not verified): we check that the published information matches what the operator advertises. Bronze, Silver and Gold Seal: increasing levels of trust, granted by our team. The Gold Seal is the highest: a fully trusted operator, recommended by us, with the chance of surprise discounts. Operators with a seal appear first in the results when they match your search.

  • Is the price per person?

No. The price is the total for the tour, for the whole boat, including any mandatory extras listed by the operator. To know how much each person pays, divide it by the number of people in your group.

  • Can the price change?

Yes. Prices are the ones advertised by the operators and may vary with the date, the season and the duration. Always confirm the final price with the operator before booking.

  • Is the skipper included?

Yes. Every tour has a skipper driving the boat; some operators also bring a deckhand. You don't need a boating license.

  • Can I choose the route?

Each boat shows the routes published by the operator. When you message on WhatsApp, you can say which route you prefer; the operator confirms whether it's possible for the date and sea conditions.

  • Where do I board?

Each boat's page shows the departure point published by the operator. In some cases the exact spot is shared after you get in touch or in the booking voucher.

  • How many people fit on the boat?

Each boat's page shows how many people it takes, based on the capacity published by the operator. The search uses this number to show only boats that fit your group. The operator confirms the limit when you book.

  • What if the weather is bad or I need to cancel?

Rescheduling and cancellation, including because of weather or sea conditions, follow each operator's rules. Agree on this with them before booking.
